Each Festival affords Master Masons (who occupy the Master's Chair and most of the floor offices) a unique opportunity of demonstrating their prowess before a distinguished and enthusiastic company.   Results have consistently shown that participants not only benefit from attendance at the three rehearsals, but also thoroughly enjoy the Festival itself.   It also increases their self-confidence and puts into place for them yet another piece of the masonic jigsaw with benefit to their future activity in their own lodges.
